Two Chevrons Referral Rewards Program – Governing Policy 

Objective: 

The purpose of this policy is to establish the guidelines for the administration and payout of rewards under the Two Chevrons Referral Rewards Program. 

Eligibility: 

Individuals and businesses participating in the Two Chevrons Referral Rewards Program must adhere to the program’s terms and conditions. 

Eligible referrals are those that result in a paid job or service invoiced and received by Two Chevrons. 

Payment Terms: 

Referral rewards will be paid out based on the total fees invoiced and received by Two Chevrons from the referred client. 

Payments will be made within 14 Days of the referred client’s payment receipt. 

Calculation of Rewards: 

The reward amount will be calculated as a percentage (10%) of the total fees invoiced and received by Two Chevrons from the referred client. 

The percentage applies to the actual fees received, excluding taxes, discounts, or any other adjustments. 

Payment Method: 

Referral rewards will be paid out using the preferred payment method indicated by the referrer. 

Common payment methods include bank transfers, PayPal, or other mutually agreed-upon methods. 

Communication: 

Two Chevrons will communicate the successful referral and the corresponding reward amount to the referrer in a timely manner. 

Any disputes or discrepancies regarding the referral or reward should be reported to the designated contact person at Two Chevrons within 7 Days of receiving the communication. 

Tax Implications: 

Referrers are responsible for any tax obligations arising from the receipt of referral rewards. 

Two Chevrons will not withhold taxes on referral rewards, and referrers are advised to consult with their tax advisors. 

Program Modifications: 

Two Chevrons reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Rewards Program at its discretion. Any changes to the program will be communicated to participants in advance. 

Confidentiality: 

All information related to the Referral Rewards Program, including referral details and reward amounts, will be treated with confidentiality and used solely for program administration purposes. 

Compliance: 

Referrers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in promoting and participating in the Referral Rewards Program. 

Effective Date: 3rd January 2024 

This governing policy is effective as of 3rd January 2024 

Review and Updates: 

This policy will be periodically reviewed and updated as necessary. Referrers will be notified of any significant changes to the policy.
